Normally I might pull out some cool statistics or something, but frankly, the statistics for this blog aren’t very cool and are generally single-digit numbers. Ah, well.
Instead, you get this post, and a huge thank you to those of you who read the not-so-frequent updates around here. You keep me going.
(Inversely, this means that if you aren’t fond of this blog and would rather the not-so-frequent updates be even less frequent, I would advise you get in touch with the 17 daily visitors and convince them to adopt your way of thinking.)
Three years… you were one of my first blogging friends… I don’t know if I was one of your friends, but you were one of mine.
I hope you keep blogging, because even though you only post once in a blue moon, I love your posts when they come.

Wow, have I really been blogging longer than you? I guess so. That’s just weird. What’s really weird is going back and reading my really early posts — when I was 12!
Thankfully I’ve matured a little since then (I hope!). I haven’t gone back and read your first posts… hey, maybe I will now.
